What is the dish?

A fresh whole mud crab, wok-tossed in a dry-style salted egg yolk gravy with curry leaves and a hint of chilli padi. In the photograph the coating clings to the crab as golden crumbs, with curry leaves beneath and salted eggs beside. The kitchen’s menu states that its mud crabs come from Sri Lanka and are delivered daily.

When does the National Day dish appear?

We cannot document the year or the dates of the window, and we have not been able to establish a standing date for pre-orders. What we have is the dish, its National Day launch wording and its continued listing as a limited-time special in October 2026. This is the thinnest of the four season pages for that reason, and we would rather say so than pad it with a pattern we cannot prove.

How do you order it?
