How to reach the kitchen

Call or WhatsApp +65 6993 3333. Write to hello@chickenpie.sg for general questions and refunds, and to marketing@chickenpie.sg for bulk, charity and school requests. Each kiosk also has its own WhatsApp number, listed below.

What if something is wrong with an order?
Get in touch within two hours of receiving it, and send photos. The kitchen's refund policy offers a refund or an exchange only for preparation or quality faults. The ordering site does not allow amendments or cancellations after an order is placed, so check the date, the outlet and the quantity before you pay.
